At RCC Home Inspections, our goal is to give
you peace of mind. We guarantee you an
objective evaluation of your prospective home, and will talk you through any
problems that exist.
No need to be nervous -- most often, we find
minor imperfections. However, if there
are major defects or safety hazards, we'll be there to help you understand how
those need to be addressed. We'll also
cover maintenance recommendations to keep your home in good shape.
I have nearly twenty years of experience in the
building industry, including fourteen years handling all aspects of
apartment
maintenance, three years building homes, and two years handling
maintenance for
commercial buildings. As a member of
NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), a graduate
of ITA
(Inspector Training Associates), and a graduate of Thompson Education
Direct home Inspection courses, you can know that your home is in good
and
qualified hands.
I welcome clients joining me on
inspections. It's always good to see
problems first-hand.
Within twenty-four hours of your inspection,
you'll receive a written report with pictures detailing any problems. Problem areas are classified as acceptable,
marginal, or defective, and any defective features of the home are discussed in
detail.
We're able to inspect any kind of residential
property -- existing homes, new construction, condos, townhomes, mobile homes,
multi-family units, and garages -- within central and southern New
Hampshire. Radon testing, water quality
testing, and lead testing are available for additional fees; we're glad to
handle your termite inspection through a third-party provider.
